Ming-Phos Kit

Ming-Phos ligands, developed successfully by Professor Zhang Junliang's research group, are the first example of Sadphos (short for Sulfinamide Phosphine) ligands. They are designed based on the concepts of non-C₂ symmetry, the combination of rigidity and flexibility, and the integration of both hard and soft coordinating atoms such as O, S, N, and P. These ligands not only feature rich and diverse structures, easy modification, but also facilitate large-scale preparation. Since their first report in 2014, they have found extensive applications in over 10 types of asymmetric reactions catalyzed by metals like gold, silver, copper, palladium, rhodium, and nickel, as well as in nickel-catalyzed polymerization reactions, fully demonstrating their great potential in the fields of asymmetric catalysis and materials.
To support relevant research, a Ming-Phos ligand kit containing 10 advantageous ligands is specially launched this time. These ligands have shown excellent catalytic activity and selectivity in certain reactions.
