New Launch: TY-Phos Ligand Kit with 8Structurally Optimized Chiral Ligands
The Zhang Junliang research groupsuccessfully incorporated sterically hindered, electron-richdi-tert-butylphosphine ligands into their self-developed Sadphos scaffold,synthesizing a series of TY-Phos chiral ligands. These ligands exhibit simplestructures, ease of modification, and contain multiple soft/hard coordinationatoms, enabling flexible coordination with transition metals. Since their firstreport in 2020, TY-Phos ligands have demonstrated exceptional enantioselectiveinduction capabilities in various reactions, including palladium- andgold-catalyzed asymmetric three-component coupling, α-arylation of aldehydes,hydroarylation, and Heck/Tsuji-Trost reactions. They represent a highlypromising class of chiral ligands [1].
