High-Performance Yellow Luminescent Material TBRB

Created on Today
TBRB (2,8-di-tert-butyl-5,11-bis(4-tert-butylphenyl)-6,12-diphenyltetracene) is a high-performance yellow luminescent material. Leveraging its excellent optoelectronic properties and molecular stability, it serves as a core functional material for OLED and TADF devices, and is a key enabler for next-generation display and lighting technologies.
Core Advantages: It overcomes the bottlenecks of traditional polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) emitters. The introduction of four sterically hindered tert-butyl groups into the molecular skeleton significantly suppresses intermolecular π-π stacking and aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ). It combines a high photoluminescence quantum yield (PLQY) with bipolar charge transport characteristics, making it a stable yellow emitter well-suited for industrial device requirements.
Broad Applications: As a classic yellow dopant, it is a crucial yellow component for constructing white OLEDs (WOLEDs). It can be used in OLED panels for mobile phones, TVs, automotive displays, etc., significantly improving color rendition, luminous efficiency, and operational lifetime. It is also suitable for the fabrication of organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) and organic photodetectors (OPDs), and can serve as a model molecule for cutting-edge optoelectronic fundamental research.
Anhui Cat-Lab has now launched the high-performance yellow luminescent material TBRB and offers custom synthesis services. We sincerely welcome inquiries and collaboration from all sectors!
